Juan and his crew are the epitome of professionals and experts at what they do. My parents have had a tree removed some time ago and the experience and quality of work was far different from this time around. Not to mention the kindness of everyone on and off the job. After a bad windstorm that we faired well in, my parents decided it was time to deal with the dead, and thanks to Juan’s guidance, another dying tree in our yard to preemptively protect the house. It was truly fascinating to watch them work and problem solve at every turn as to how to remove everything safe and sound. I cannot recommend a service more than the quality you’ll get with this company and team. As a daughter, I’m always concerned about my parents being taken advantage of with the state of the world, and it always warms my heart to find good quality humans who do good quality work with caring hearts. My experience with JC&G Tree service was great from start to finish. I called for an estimate on a Monday morning and they responded to me within the hour for more information. The guy, Juan, came the same day, walked me through everything and gave me the best estimate out of all 3 companies I called. He was also very professional, patient, knowledgeable and fair. They got me on the schedule 2 days later. When the crew came, also led by Juan, it went better than the estimate. I was impressed by the entire process. Juan had me at " that's a beautiful tree " . 60' Oak with a 3' trunk. Thank you for making my yard safe again. This tree was overdo for pruning. It's healthy again. My yard is cleaner after they left it. Great work, friendly service and most importantly they care about the tree. Oh, and very professional.
